There are over 50 food pantries and meal programs in York County
The capacity of each is limited by storage constraints, staffing and transportation challenges, and inconsistent access to food. At the same time, nutritious food is often wasted — not because it isn’t needed, but because there’s no coordinated way to store it, move it, or share it efficiently.
We believe a centralized Food Hub offers a solution to expand the capacity of local pantries, increasing access to local food sources while strengthening food security. With your support, we can make this vision a reality.
Your Gift Matters
There is no food hub in our county today, but your donation will bring us one step closer to:
- A regional warehouse for shared food storage and refrigeration
- Expanded food rescue capabilities and distribution
- Logistics support for the countywide pantry network
- A more connected and resilient local food system
Thank you for investing in a healthier, more equitable food system for all members of our community.
